Exhibitor badges
An exhibitor badge is a continuous proof of entry for the exhibitor and his crew, before, during and after the trade show.
> Go to the opening hours for exhibitors.
Assembly and disassembly passes
These passes can be used by staff, e.g. the stand builder or florist, to gain entry to the halls during the assembly and disassembly of the stand. These passes can only be ordered by the exhibitor. You will receive a fixed number of passes before the trade show , any additional passes can be ordered via the Client portal.
9. How do I access my catalogue?
From next Summer, you will be able to enter your catalogue details via the Client Portal. You can then log in using the login codes you received from the organization. We are using a new catalogue system, Expo Match. Expo Match actively links your company profile to the interests entered by potential visitors during pre-registration. The information is linked based on the information you enter in Expo Match. This active matchmaking module 'thinks' from the point of view of the investment needs of your (potential) customers. A visitor who may never have heard of your company or product, can find you via Expo Match. The system links the needs of the visitor with what you as an exhibitor have to offer. Result: A visitor who may not have thought about visiting you, and who turns out to be a potential customer.
Advantages:
* Active match-making module
* Your details are available for a large target audience ahead of the trade show
* 24/7 online access to details of the companies that have visited your profile
* You can always change, adjust or expand your profile
* Activate from the moment you enter your profile
* Improved findability in various search engines
* Additional options: Besides creating a company profile to upload photos, brochures, videos, press releases etc.
10. How do I access my press information?
From next Summer, the Press module will be live. From that date, you will be able to access your press information via the Client portal. You can then log in using the login codes you received from the organization.
11. How do I know whether I have prepared everything for the trade show?
You can find all the information on the website, under the header Exhibitor/Preparation. If you still have questions, you can always contact Customer Service: +31 (0)30 -295 2999.
12. My company name is not in the online catalogue. Why not?
You have to enter your catalogue details to be visible in the online catalogue.
13. My company name is not in the online catalogue, although I have filled in all the information. Why not?

14. What more do I need to know as an exhibitor?
We would like to point out that you as exhibitor are the only contact person for VNU Exhibitions Europe, for all issues concerning your participation at Energie 2012. If you outsource any work (such as stand construction, planting etc.), make sure you supply these third parties with the necessary, relevant information.
