How does the online catalogue work (Expo Match)?

1. The exhibitor enters his details in Expo Match

Example: Exhibitor A enters that he:
a. Supplies wall cladding
b. Is interested in architects

2. The visitor registers online for free entry. He also fills in his profile.

Example: Visitor B enters that he:
a. Is an architect
b. Is interested in wall cladding

3. The visitor completes his registration. A screen will appear with a list of exhibitors that match his profile.

Example: in this case Exhibitor A will be on the list shown to Visitor B.

4. If the visitor clicks on the exhibitor in the list, he will see more information about that exhibitor.

Example: in the case of Exhibitor A, the visitor will see all address and contact details, specifications of the various types of wall cladding the exhibitor supplies, downloadable brochures and even a movie in which the director invites visitors to come and visit his stand.

This way, visitors can better prepare their visit to the trade show, and exhibitors can welcome more specific and better-prepared visitors to their stand.

Attention!

Make sure you enter your details in Expo Match on time, otherwise you will not be on the list shown to visitors. The trade show organizers will start inviting visitors from next Autumn. Make sure that you have entered your information before then.
